Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to baby/kid’s products, Toyzone has a strict No Refunds policy across the website, but an option for replace/exchange is available only if the reason is genuine.

Damaged Products:

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on support@toyzone. in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Note: For all damaged/missing part or wrong product delivery inquiries, submission of an unboxing video is required. The unboxing video should clearly depict the condition of the product upon receipt, aiding in efficient processing of your request.
