We deliver to most parts of India within 3-7 days. While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches on time, Toyzone cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges:

For Orders below INR 99/-, A flat Rs.70 charges will be applicable for Delivery.

Cancellations:

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed once it has been dispatched.

As of now, COD is not applicable on any of the products sold across the website.

In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us on . in within 24 Hours along with unboxing video and images of the damaged product and we will help you out.

Note:For all damaged/missing part or wrong product delivery inquiries, submission of an unboxing video is required. The unboxing video should clearly depict the condition of the product upon receipt, aiding in efficient processing of your request.
